These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. At the Big Bathroom Shop we want you to enjoy a totally new experience in Bathroom and Kitchen shopping. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and transparency. Delivery times can vary between product types. You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to accept delivery within the UK to order goods through our website. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All major credit and debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express. Once your credit/debit card details have been submitted we will treat this as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Please feel free to print a copy of our terms and conditions for future reference.
We reserve the right at any time prior to acceptance to refuse any order or part order, or to require further information to enable us to evaluate and/or process the order.
Description of Goods & Price
All images, descriptions and specifications on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. The Company does not accept responsibility for any preparation work based upon any such specifications.
The price of the goods shall be the price given on the date your order is placed and will be confirmed on your invoice/order form. All prices include VAT at 17.5% but exclude delivery costs where applicable. Delivery charge will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Order Process
Once you have chosen your products and proceeded to purchase via Paypoint, you will receive notification within 24 hours. If you fail to receive notification, please contact us. Orders are normally fulfilled within 7-10 days.
Shipping & VAT
Delivery is to UK mainland only.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery Charges
We aim to deliver most products within 7 days however some larger items may take longer. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery is sometimes beyond our control, therefore delivery dates are only and always provisional. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers consignment note. Shortages must be noted at the time of accepting delivery.

The Big Bathroom Shop strongly advise you not to book your installers or engage in any preparation work until you receive your goods. On receipt of the goods please check every item and report any problems to us within 48 hours by calling 0113 2499191. We will endeavour to react quickly to resolve any issues.
Returns Procedure
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. Cancellation must be done in writing either by email: info@thebigbatroomshop.com or by post to The Big Bathroom Shop, 383 York Road, Units 1&2 York Towers, Leeds, LS9 6TA or by fax to 01132496769. (except in the case of faulty goods)
You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to make sure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please note when returning none standard goods that are not faulty a restocking charge of 25% may be incurred.
Upon cancellation we will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation less any delivery cost incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Please note the goods to be returned must be in its original packaging ready for resale. You must not write on any packaging as this will make the goods no longer resalable. Please affix a label addressed to The Big Bathroom Shop, 383 York Road, Units 1&2 York Towers, Leeds, LS9 6TA.
Guarantees
All guarantees eluded to on The Big Bathroom Shop website are manufacturers guarantees and are passed on to you in good faith, however The Big Bathroom Shop do not endorse them and they do not form any part of the contract between you and The Big Bathroom Shop. In the event that the manufacturer becomes insolvent the guarantee will be lost. The Big Bathroom Shop will not bear the cost of communications, travel expenses of installation fees due to faulty goods
