The Big Bathroom Shop stocks a wide range of products, from loos to steam cabins which are equipped with radios and lights. The showrooms have wide, spacious aisles which are on one low level. The displays are life-size and there is an emphasis on being able to 'see what you get'. The new displays, showing how a bath can be replaced by a shower unit, come in fifteen settings to help you visualise how best to use your space.
Six customer helpers work at The Big Bathroom Shop, to assist visitors in a non-pushy manner. There are 4 in-store designers who talk through your ideas and can offer suggestions as well as drawing up plans, plus the warehouse staff check every order twice before it gets delivered to save you the time and the inconvenience of mistakes.

Based on a NO compromise approach to planning and design, we display four ranges of kitchens to suit any pockets and requirements. So if you want a 'back to basics' flat pack kitchen to take away today - we've got it. Or if you have an awkward room that needs made to measure units - we've got it. The store itself is designed to be relaxing and welcoming with refreshments, lounge area and even a children's play area with Playstations to keep them entertained as you browse the shop.
The opening hours have been planned to accommodate modern working life. The store is open until 7pm weekdays and from 9am-5pm on Saturdays and 10am-3pm on Sundays.
There is always an in-store designer available to help. All you need to do is bring along the measurements and the staff will do the rest. Unlike other stores, the deliveries are arranged by time, which saves customers waiting in all day for a delivery.
